Welcome to our August News Brief.

We all continue to be challenged in our current work and social environments, & especially in Melbourne at the moment..

As an essential service provider, FJT Logistics is working through these challenges, whether it be working from home or in the office for our team.

We remain available for all clients.

Our clients are probably sensing it as well, but for us, what we see as important is that we continue to adapt and evolve in this environment.

As I read recently:

The same boiling water that softens the potato hardens the egg. It’s about you & what you are made of… not your circumstances.

In terms of evolving, that’s what happened to the FJT Website, which has just been updated. We have made it more informative, user-friendly, and interactive. We welcome your feedback.

Speaking of welcoming, we would like to introduce our clients to Kerrie Kropman, who recently joined our company as the Melbourne Branch Manager. When circumstances allow, we hope there is an opportunity for our clients to meet with Kerrie.

We have included information in this newsletter that you may have seen in recent Broadcast messages re the Brown Marmorated Stink Bug (BMSB). The new season is upon us, and it is important to share the information again. We encourage you to share the information internally, and especially with your suppliers. It’s more of the same for the upcoming BMSB season, but there has been a greater level of preparation done by the Department of Agriculture, so there is more information available and clearer guidance.

And if the BMSB wasn’t enough, there is an article on the increasing import Biosecurity threat from the Khapra Beetle, a pest with a voracious appetite for destruction.

Enjoy the News Brief; if you need any further information on any topics, please contact your local FJT Logistics.

Stay safe!

Launch of New FJT Logistics Website

Our website is now available in three languages as we further expand our global reach.  We see our new website as a strategic tool for the future of our company, in obtaining our goals and the delivery of added services to our customers.

Kerrie Kropman - Melbourne Branch Manager

Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two gorgeous daughters that look up to her as a hardworking, determined and honest role model.

FJT are pleased to continue offer these values to our customers.
