Rates for Shanghai to Los Angeles dropped by 1% to USD $8,613.00 per 40ft container.
Shanghai to New York seeing a similar fall of 1% to USD $10,722.00 per 40ft container.
Shanghai to Rotterdam saw a reverse of weekly falls to increase by 1% at USD $9,799.00 per 40ft container.
Shanghai to Genoa saw a fall of 2% or USD $191.00 to USD $11,485.00
for a 40ft container.
The expectation is for spot rates to slowly decrease over the next few weeks.
