November News Brief

Welcome to our November News Brief

Dear Team,

I’m excited to share insights from the recent LogX Network Conference in Thailand, where I had the valuable opportunity to connect with agents from around the globe.

This conference allowed us to explore promising collaborative prospects that will enhance our service offerings and help us meet the diverse needs of our clients.

The conference began with an introduction to the LogX network and its dedicated staff, followed by panels covering critical topics like the influence of current geopolitical changes on logistics and the advancements in technology—especially artificial intelligence—supporting our industry. These sessions provided a lot of food for thought on how FJT can continue evolving and responding to a dynamic global landscape.

The afternoon sessions opened up for one-on-one meetings, allowing me to meet both our current collaborators and new agents who share an interest in working with FJT. I was able to discuss ongoing projects and introduce FJT Logistics’ capabilities to prospective partners.

Some conversations focused on potential support solutions for specific customer trade requirements we haven’t yet managed to fulfill from Italy. I’m optimistic that these new relationships could soon translate into valuable opportunities for our clients.

Our Growing Global Presence

At the Genoa branch, we are currently focusing on the Mediterranean and Far East markets—our core trade lanes—but with the relationships formed at the conference, we’re primed to explore new regions and expand our reach across global markets. As our shipment volumes grow, these connections will help us bring new solutions and broader opportunities to our customers.

Our commitment to technology is central to FJT’s service, and we’re pleased to offer our clients access to FJT EXCHANGE, a platform that ensures end-to-end visibility into all shipments. Through this platform, customers can track shipment status, view documents, set notifications for key events, and communicate directly with our team.

The platform even allows customers to monitor CO2 emissions and freight rate trends. This comprehensive tool strengthens our customer relationships by keeping them informed and engaged throughout the shipping process.

What Sets FJT Apart

FJT’s strength lies in our customer-oriented approach, flexibility, and commitment to transparency. Our dedicated team prioritizes quick, reliable support and excels in problem-solving. These qualities, combined with our innovative tools, create a trustworthy environment for long-term partnerships.

One memorable highlight was the gala dinner—a wonderful chance to network with logistics professionals from around the world in a relaxed setting. This social event, combined with the one-to-one meetings, fostered personal connections that are invaluable for building the trust and rapport necessary for successful, lasting partnerships.

Thank you
