July News Brief
Dear Friends,
As we move through the first quarter of the financial year, we reflect on the progress being made across our network — and the clear direction ahead.

In Auckland, under the leadership of Arron Corbett, the branch is demonstrating strength through agility. With a highly experienced local team and the support of our broader network across Australia, China and Europe, the business is well placed to respond to increasing trans-Tasman demand. New tools such as Logixboard, Shipamax and Expedoc are being implemented to improve visibility and efficiency — allowing us to deliver more, with greater accuracy.
“We may be a small player in New Zealand, but with the right tools, global backing and a local mindset, we’re built to punch above our weight.”
– Arron Corbett, Branch Manager, Auckland
In Queensland, a full team transformation has taken place over the past 3 months. This change has brought new energy, capability and alignment. Led by Bruno Zangrando, the branch is on track for growth, with major new accounts secured and an experienced team in place. The focus remains clear: strengthen our client relationships, deliver service excellence, and build sustainable momentum.
“Rebuilding from the ground up wasn’t easy — but it gave us the rare chance to shape a high-performing team that puts customers first, every time.”
– Bruno Zangrando, Business Development Manager (Acting Branch Manager), Queensland
Across both markets, the same principle applies: we remain committed to serving our customers with precision, care, and consistency, backed by the systems and people to support future growth.
We thank all our clients for their ongoing trust.
Regards,

BMSB Season Commencing 1st September 2025

The new BMSB season commences for consignment shipped between 1st September until 30th April (inclusive). Same as previous years, the “Shipped On Board” date on the bill of lading is the reference point for the shipped date of the consignment.
Should a container be loaded and sealed prior to 1st September, with the vessel loading after 1st September, a Sealing Declaration can be completed, overriding the shipped-on board date and subsequent BMSB requirements.
Sealing Declaration is available HERE.
Further information on BMSB is available on the DAFF website: HERE.
