Pier Luigi’s extensive experience in global logistics and strategic leadership will guide the European operations through this pivotal stage of growth and transformation.

This appointment comes as FJT Logistics embarks on a transformative journey, empowering its branches across Oceania, Asia, and Europe to operate independently under a new strategic framework. By strengthening regional leadership, the company aims to enhance agility, drive growth, and remain aligned with its long-term global vision.

Since 2020, FJT Logistics has achieved remarkable expansion, including the establishment of six warehouses in Oceania and the opening of new branches in Europe. These milestones reflect the company’s ability to deliver exceptional results through strategic investments

Pier Luigi's Vision for Europe

Pier Luigi has set clear priorities for his leadership in Europe:
 
Short-Term Goals: Consolidating and optimizing the recently opened branches to integrate seamlessly into FJT’s network, enhancing operational efficiency and customer value.
 
Long-Term Strategy: Expanding service offerings, driving digital transformation, and advancing sustainability initiatives to reinforce FJT’s leadership in the European logistics market.
  
“My immediate focus is on ensuring our new branches are fully integrated and positioned for growth,” Pier says. “In the long term, we will prioritize innovation and sustainability, delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.”

Fostering Collaboration Across Regions

Pier Luigi’s leadership will also emphasize collaboration between Europe, Oceania, and Asia. By working closely with regional leaders, including Massimo Ragazzi, Regional Asia Director, FJT Logistics aims to align strategies and create synergies that address global logistics challenges.

FJT Logistics’ strategic realignment will create three autonomous regional entities, each led by dedicated teams overseeing operations, sales, and finance. This approach empowers branches to harness their unique strengths while contributing to the company’s global success.
